Through counselling, we gently explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that keep you stuck, helping you find clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of self. Through therapeutic bodywork, we release the tension, tightness, and stress your body has been carrying, creating space for rest, ease, and deeper balance.


Each approach meets a different need: sometimes you need reflection and understanding, sometimes release and restoration. 

You can choose what’s right for you, when it’s right for you.


Sessions are available in-person in the Latrobe Valley, Gippsland, Victoria.
