Myotherapy

Myotherapy is a form of physical therapy.


“Myo” means muscle, and therapy is simply treatment—so Myotherapy is, quite literally, muscle treatment.


Evidence-based assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of musculoskeletal pain and related conditions.


Using a range of hands-on and movement-based techniques like massage, cupping, stretching, and corrective exercises, we address the muscle imbalances and movement patterns that lead to pain, poor posture, and dysfunction.


It means we work together to get to the root cause of your pain, then implement practical, personalised steps to manage it—or eliminate it altogether.
